Scheduled for July 22, 2025, the event will bring together 30 leaders from across sectors including politics, business, religion, media, and the arts and culture. Participants will represent various regions such as Rukwa, Katavi, Dodoma, Morogoro, Pwani, and Dar es Salaam, with a focus on women, the elderly, and emerging young leaders.
A key highlight of the session will be the screening of a documentary on the life and legacy of Bibi Titi Mohamed, a trailblazing Tanzanian female leader. The film aims not only to honor her contributions but also to inspire continued engagement of women and youth in leadership and governance at all levels.
The dialogue aligns closely with the recent launch of Tanzania’s National Development Vision 2050, officiated by President Samia Suluhu Hassan, who emphasized the importance of inclusive leadership, civic rights, and good governance. The President urged stakeholders to align national policies with the vision's pillars, ensuring civic freedoms and equal participation for women, youth, and marginalized groups.
The event will be graced by Hon. Mussa Kilakala, the District Commissioner of Morogoro.
